On-campus apartments
For on-campus apartment, you could move out at anytime with one-month advance notice.
The competition for the apartments in August is very keen, so early application will be very important.

for single students. Shared two-bedroom apt, $330/m per person with furniture.
International House (I House)
for single students. Shared two-bedroom apt, $330/m per person with furniture.
University Village (UV)
family house that could not applied by single student. Two-bedroom apt, $540/m per family with furniture.
Aggie Villiage (Aggie)
family house that could not applied by single student. Two-bedroom apt, $510/m per family with furniture.
Off-campus Apartment
Prospect Plaza
Shared two-bedroom apt, $330/m per person with furniture. Close to campus and good living condition. The minimum lease is 9 months.
Ramblewood
Shared three-bedroom apt, about $200/m per person without furniture. About 4 miles from campus, and there is a school bus to campus every 30 min in school days. |
