I think you posted at a wrong spot.
By the way, www.pingo.com has way much better deal than you suggested: call china 1.8c/min. It has local access for Fort Colllins (970) 232-2032. No discount with click through.

Bear in mind that pingo.com charges monthly fee for their service. Personally, I am not a fan of pingo just because of the monthly fee. I recommend the California Sunshine phone card from cybercalling.com. It cost 1.8 cents/min with Fort Collins local access number. I've never had a problem with cybercalling although I do hear somebody have problems with the minute counts.
